In the stand - the Tribuna Secondaria - on the first floor there’s visitor registration and four installations which set the scene for the contexts:
• tax and finance
• company, banking, insurance, utilities
• health care
• public administration
The path to understanding winds through various phases which can be experienced as a linked whole or chosen according to needs and which are supported by different tools:
- The participants have to accept a strict timetable for entry falling every half-hour and, with the guidance of professional actors, they plunge into recounting business performances and experiences, in a series of installations designed to illustrate errors in document process management (and to show their impact on business costs) and possible solutions. It’s a theatre of exchanges between actors and visitors, a show which is repeated 8 times a day for each of the selected settings, where participants dive in an unusual way in the most frequent uncertainties someone who deals with optimization choices has in business.
- With the involvement of the central companies, the participants explore the spaces representing the advised and available solutions :
- there’s the meetings experience, in the Dressing Rooms of the companies making the offer, with demos and illustrations of their implementations
- there’s a reflection path, in the Stands, television debates between institutions, users and vendors
- there’s the sound experience, Radio DocuBusiness tells what’s going on over the two days
- there’s a training experience, with the Academy that offers the break out sessions and plenary meetings
- there’s the networking experience, at lunch, at the DocuBusiness Cocktail and during the horse race.
For each setting the organization has designed one or more storyboards in association with the companies making the offering. The staging and dramatization are in the hands of a group of artists with tried and tested communication experience with the specific language and professionalism of the theatre.
